Support groups are the spirit of Orthopaedic Hospital. You can't go more than a few feet at the Hospital without seeing what happens when members of a support group care. From state-of-the-art equipment to play rooms for children, much of the Orthopaedic Hospital setting is in place because of the generosity of these dedicated individuals. In a very important sense, support groups have brought the Orthopaedic Hospital mission to life.
Made up of caring, dedicated and diligent volunteers, Orthopaedic Hospital support groups have chapters throughout Southern California that sponsor a variety of fundraising and special events, including galas, luncheons, fashion shows, and bake and flower shows. Our support groups allow Orthopaedic Hospital to successfully continue providing specialty care to children with crippling disorders, regardless of their families' ability to pay.
