Youth Sports Health Awareness Day @ PV High School
SATURDAY, MARCH 10, 2012Attention All Youth Athletes: Improve Your Peak Performance! It's FREE!
Dr. Richard Bowen and Dr. Cindy Bailey of Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital will teach young athletes how to prevent sports injuries and the importance of:
- proper nutrition
- stretching
- hydration
- joint care
and other health topics
Youth Sports Awareness Day is FREE and takes place on Saturday, March 10, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Palos Verdes High School (MPR), 600 Cloyden Road. (Please drive through the front entrance and look for event signs.)
