The goal of the Orthopaedic Hospital Rehabilitation Service (ORS) is to return every patient to the highest level of health and function possible. Orthopaedic Hospital is proud to offer the finest, most advanced therapy services in order to identify, correct, alleviate and prevent prolonged dysfunction of anatomic or physiological origin.

Experienced Therapists
Successful Therapy Programs depend on highly-trained, skilled therapists. Our therapists are trained at the Doctorate & Masters Degree levels. They hold National Board Certifications in Orthopaedics, Sports, Hand Therapy as well as full Certification in the Pilates exercise methods. They are trained in advanced techniques and procedures in order to return patients to optimum health and function. ORS also provides wellness care with Pilates & Yoga exercise programs.
Treatment Programs
Identification of problems are determined after a thorough evaluation and a subjective history, combined with objective data collection on active and passive movement patterns. From this analysis treatment is planned based on individual needs, and progress is measured and reported. Comprehensive rehabilitation services include therapy for:

Education
The Orthopaedic Hospital Therapy staff recognizes that well informed, motivated patients who assume responsibility in their treatment program will ultimately be successful. The therapists are trained to provide the patient, family, and support personnel with the information needed to prevent, correct, or minimize the disability and maximize function.

Fees
The Orthopaedic Hospital Rehabilitation Service accepts Workers' Compensation, Medicare, Medi-Cal, private insurance and direct payment.
