Sydney's Story

12-year old Sydney was born with cerebral palsy and scoliosis, conditions that not only affected her muscle tone, movement and motor skills, but caused her great pain and were potentially life-threatening.

Dr. Anthony Scaduto, President and CEO of Los Angeles Orthopaedic Hospital (LAOH), surgically corrected Sydney’s spine, allowing Sydney to breathe easier, sit up straighter, and improved the quality of her life.
