Orthopaedic Institute for Children (OIC) Outpatient Medical Center and its supporting programs offer a variety of job opportunities to support its mission. The clinical staff is dedicated to children's orthopedic treatment to improve the health and well-being of children, so they may return to functional and fullfilling childhood activities. Other areas of interest include all the busy and enterprising departments of an active Medical Center, including an extremely well-regarded orthopedic Research Department, a thriving Physical Therapy Service, and an energetic Foundation.


Open Positions:

The Associate Director, Corporations will focus on identifying, cultivating and stewarding coprorate prospects and donors to support Orthopaedic Institute for Children's operations, maintenance, public programs and sponsorship marketing. The Associate Director is responsible for an annual fundraising goal as well as the strategic expansion of the program. The marketing and communicatinos coordinator reports to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications and provides assistance in the development and implementation of OIC's marketing and communications plan. The coordinator supports matters related to OIC's marketing, public relations, internal/external communications and strategic partnerships. Click here to view job description.


MEDICAL ASSISTANT - Outpatient Services
Full time position, variable days, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The Medical Assistant candidate will assist patients, help doctors and team with the clinic duties and case management. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Pediatric experience preferred, and at least one year's experience and certification is required.


Full time position, 7:30am to 4:30pm is open for a supervisor in our Radiology Department. The Supervisor directs the services of the Radiology Department in the Outpatient Clinic and Urgent Care Center, to assure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory agencies. The Supervisor will also supervise and train staff, students, interns, and facilitates communications and resolves issues between departments, medical staff and patients. Bachelor's Degree preferred and Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. At least five years of related experience is required and current CA license including fluoroscopy certification and CPR is required.


Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The canditate answers telephones, makes appointments, and registers patients. Clinic scheduling experience, good customer service skills, and a person Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
