Position Job Summary: Assist the Senior Accountant in all functions including reporting of the financial operations, as directed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Reconcile cash accounts and accounts payable accounts. Prepare monthly related journal entries. Assist in preparation of financial reporting (Operational, Taxes, Budget, Fixed Assets, Audit).
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience in business administration, accounting or finance. Strong knowledge in accounting theory.
URGENT CARE MANAGER
Position Job Summary: Manages administrative and clinical aspects of the OIC Urgent Care Center.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Organizes and prioritizes activities to meet clinical goals and objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of clinical program, including maintenance of staff schedule and physician call schedule in conjunction with Medical Director. Provides supervision, support and professional growth for department staff. Provides feedback to Chief Operations Officer to assist in financial activities of the program including budgeting and regular reviews of revenue and expenses. Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the department. Responsible for recruitment, orientation, supervision and timely performance of department staff. Promotes an environment that encourages team work and open communication. Ensures staff implement and monitor patient satisfaction measures. Ensures compliance with federal, state and county regulations and certification requirements.
Qualifications: Current California State RN licensure.Successful experience in clinical setting with five (5) years of progressive work history. Management and supervisory experience required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Understanding of clinic operations. Knowledge of Medi-Cal and other government programs preferred.
PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Full-time position, Monday through Friday is available for a CA licensed Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will coordinate the care of pediatric orthopedic surgery pre and post-op and provide patient/family education. Major functions include developing and implementing discharge plans in both the inpatient and outpatient settings, assisting in OR and collaborating with team.
Required are Masters Degree in nursing, CA state RN and NP licenses and national certification, BCLS certification and at least one year’s experience.
