William Hammerstein
Mr. Hammerstein has a 30-year history of acquiring, developing and managing real estate in California and the Western United States. He has developed over 2,000,000 square feet of office space and has acquired or developed in excess of 2,600 multi-family residential unites and numerous shopping centers and industrial properties. In 1983, Mr. Hammerstein formed Search Builders, Inc., a joint venture with Search International, Hong Kong, to acquire, develop and manage a U.S. real estate portfolio. Mr. Hammerstein has developed properties in West Los Angeles, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Santa Ana.
